Tomorrow is the last day of school for the 2017-2018 school year. We will have an early dismissal tomorrow! Thank you for a great year! ======= Dear Eric Harvie Community, Right to Play is a global organization that reaches out to developing communities all over the world to empower and educate youth through play and games. Through the power of play, children grow to be adults that drive positive social and economic change in their communities. Our Peace Ambassadors and grade 3/4 classes had the opportunity earlier in the year to learn about Right to Play and learn some games that the Peace Ambassadors will in turn teach to our entire school community during Sports Day. We would like to encourage all students to bring a Toonie to support Right to Play in continuing its amazing work of teaching children all over the world (including us at Eric Harvie!) to make a difference. We will be collecting Toonies until the end of the school year. We hope you will help us out! ====== Please return all of the books from the learning commons and the home reading cart. Thank you! ====== The Calgary Public Library has a summer reading program. If you are interested in this program, you can either visit a branch or register online. ===== We will have a birthday party for Gus on the last day of school- Wednesday, June 27th. It will be optional to bring treats. ===== Pictures 1-6: Snack after the Sports Day
